- You have a bias for action, and prefer experimentation and prototyping over planning.
- You’re a good reader and writer of English, and enjoy writing.
- You’re willing to push yourself and your team mates to reach the top of your field and make an impact.
- You want to work closely with customers, understand them, make their pains highly visible to the team in feedback loops, and solve real problems for people you can talk to.
- You like learning and teaching. This is one of the most rewarding parts of our job, every team member should do both.
